The ICID (Industry Community Information Dashboard) system at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) is established to serve the following objectives:

1. To systematically capture and monitor collaborations between the university, industry, and the community.

2. To streamline and standardize the processes of application, validation, and reporting for collaborative initiatives.

3. To establish a centralized and integrated database for university–industry and university–community partnerships.

4. To enhance institutional performance reporting to management, ministries, and relevant stakeholders.
