CEO@Faculty Program

The CEO@Faculty (CFP) program, an initiative of the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) since 2015, matches CEOs and top-level industry executives with faculties as mentors under the Adjunct Professor Scheme at UMPSA.

For the period 1 February 2024 to 31 January 2026, a total of 18 industry leaders were appointed across various UMPSA faculties and centres.

Objectives

This initiative aims to strengthen strategic collaboration between the university and industry by fostering meaningful partnerships that bridge academic excellence with real-world practice. It focuses on facilitating the exchange of knowledge, experience, and practical insights to ensure that learning remains relevant and industry-aligned. Through this collaboration, the program seeks to enhance graduate employability by equipping students with the skills, competencies, and professional exposure required in today’s competitive market. Ultimately, it is committed to developing competent, innovative, and industry-ready human capital capable of contributing effectively to national and global development.
